Andre Fenwick, before retiring from Federal Civil Service, provided training and development for the US Air Force and US Navy as a civilian Employee Development Specialist, Training Specialist, Employee Relations Specialist, Staffing Specialist, EEO Specialist, Information Systems Specialist, and Management Analyst.  He was a certified trainer for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NAVY ERP), having successfully taught numerous sessions of the Supervisory and Time-Keeper/Time Administrator modules; and has received Navy Train-the-Trainer Certification.


He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), is a member of the Commission on Adult Basic Education (COABE) and is certified to administer the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE).


A former Civic League President for over 15 years, he continues to collaborate with various City of Norfolk departments to obtain needed improvements and code enforcement in support of his community.  He co-facilitated a six-week session in community involvement and development for civic leaders in the City of Hampton, VA.  He has designed and delivered workshops for the Virginia Association of Adult and Continuing Education (VAACE) Conference, and for the Virginia Statewide Neighborhoods Conference (VSNC).

Andre holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration (Personnel) from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) from Howard University, Washington, DC. and has accomplished Post-graduate work in Public/Urban Policy at the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle Campus and the Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia.
